photos by Chester Hawkins The audio samples below feature excerpts from live Far Corner performances. They are unique in that none of the tunes are present on any of the studio releases. Each track below has only been performed live by the band. Besides the repertoire of composed works, Far Corner engages in free-form improvisation at every performance. The following excerpts are a small sample of several of the bands efforts in spontaneous, real-time composition. You are invited to post a comment on the message board forum. Just say "hi," or feel free to give the band feedback on the live tracks presented below. Are these something you might be interested in seeing released on a full CD? We welcome your input. Video clips of some of these performances will be added to the site in the near future. MALEFIC BOUQUET WMSE radio, November, 2004.
